Behaviour: Every day we take steps to bring the five practices of a Generative Citizen into our communities to make the world a better place.

We promote more loving kindness in the world, creating a positive field around us wherever we go and with whomever we meet, thus making people feel safe.

Value:  Self-development

Behaviour: We develop ourselves so that we can role-model being a generative citizen and demonstrate the five Generative Practices of a Generative Citizen.

Value: Empathy

Behaviour: We seek to be empathic towards ourselves and others, developing compassion and embodied understanding of other people’s lives.

Value: Communication

Behaviour: We aim to use our words and actions to be principled, inclusive, listen deeply, honouring positive intentions, bringing out the best in people, using our words to heal not hurt, to inspire and create.

Value: Sharing knowledge

Behaviour: We are proactive in sharing knowledge with each other. We take our knowledge of what it means to be a Generative Citizen out into our communities.
