Announcing free mini online workshops on Wednesdays.

During the first half of 2020 during the first outbreak of COVID 19, I started running free mini workshops on Zoom from 4pm-6pm BST every Wednesday.

With lock-down happening, people found this a safe and nourishing place to come online to talk about their feelings and connect with others, build psychological resources to support their resilience. Over time we  have build a strong community of people and this gives a warm feeling to the group that is welcoming and nourishing to new people.

The structure is to have a quick-check in in pairs in breakout rooms, then a short overview of a topic followed by a body-mind meditation. Then we go into breakout rooms in groups of about 4 people to discuss the insights we received from the guided meditation. Finally we share the insights into the plenary session. All within a couple of hours. This is a great way to receive a psychological every week and is also to  get to know me and my work.
